Customer Reviews
Good tea, slow delivery
I ordered the Tielka Breakfast black tea and a ceramic tea mug. The tea itself is really nice, a rich flavor and the mug is solid quality. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt a bit long. Everything was well-packaged, though. I wish there were more options for faster shipping, even if it cost a little extra. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products and the value was decent for organic tea.
Great value on subscription
I signed up for a subscription of the Peppermint Leaf herbal tea, mostly for the recurring savings. I compared prices with a few other organic tea brands, and Tielka's subscription offer really made it worth it. My first shipment came fast. The tea is really good quality, strong peppermint flavor. I felt like I got a good deal and it was easy to set up. Definitely happy with the savings and the product.
Jade Mist green tea
Ordered Jade Mist green tea. Arrived quickly. Tastes fresh. Good quality for the price. Would buy again.
My favorite tea shop!
Oh my goodness, I just received my order of the Moonlight White tea and it is absolutely divine! The aroma when I opened the pouch was incredible. Brewing a cup was such a treat, the flavor is so delicate and wonderful. I'm so glad I found Tielka. I will definitely be ordering again, and maybe try one of their tea gift sets next time! This tea is truly special.
Detailed Tielka experience
I placed an order for the Limonada Rosa herbal tea and a glass teapot. The website was easy to navigate, and finding what I wanted was straightforward. Checkout was simple, and I received an order confirmation email immediately. The package arrived in about 7 business days, which felt reasonable. Everything was packed very securely; no issues with the fragile teapot. The Limonada Rosa tea smells amazing and brews beautifully in the new teapot. I appreciate that their tea bags are plastic-free, it makes a difference. The tea tastes fresh and vibrant, a perfect evening drink. I had one question about brewing and used their contact form; got a helpful reply within 24 hours. Good experience overall, they seem to care about their products and customers.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Tielka, and as always, the experience was smooth. I got the Rose Moscato green tea this time and it's just as lovely as the Earl Grey I usually get. Their pyramid tea bags are always plastic-free, which is a big plus for me. Delivery was on par with my previous orders, reaching me in about a week. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they consistently deliver good products and service.

Anyone tried the Rose Moscato green tea? Sounds interesting but I'm worried it might be too floral.
Is Tielka like, a legit organic company? Or just slapping 'organic' on the label?
I'm thinking of getting the Cacao Chai. Is it more chocolatey or more spicy? Need something warming for winter.
How long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Thinking of getting a gift for my sister there.
Thinking of getting a tea subscription. Does Tielka offer any kind of discount if you sign up for that?
